I bought a used 2015 cx 5 2 or 3 years ago. Since buying it the teyes unit has been fine but today the carplay stopped working. I tried to fix it by updating the firmware on it so I downloaded it to a usb and install it and it updated. My problem now is that it says that I need to activate it. It says that if i connect to wifi it should activate automatically but it doesnt. I tried to write a ticket to support but I cant because I dont have a purchase/order id because I bought this car second hand.
