Customer Reviews
The TEYES CC4 Pro itself may actually be a decent unit. However, TEYES technical support is extremely poor and was unable to make it work properly with the vehicle.
Owners of pre-facelift Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 150 should be especially careful.
The steering wheel buttons do not work either with the analogue adapter that TEYES told me to buy separately, or with either of the two CANBUS modules supplied with the unit.
Several original vehicle connectors remain unplugged, and the car shows CANBUS errors.
At the same time, once the original Toyota head unit is reinstalled, everything works normally again, including the steering wheel controls and CANBUS.
Technical support failed to solve the problem and eventually refused to provide any further meaningful assistance.
1/5 — not so much for the CC4 Pro itself, but for the poor technical support and lack of proper compatibility with the Prado 150.
Really good
Installed in Yi Chi 05 (in Russian AMBERAUTO A5), through the adapter frame and adapter it fit almost perfectly. I hope the functionality will be expanded... currently there are fewer settings than in the SS3.
I ordered through Russian Post so I wouldn't have to go to customs later; it arrived in 3 weeks. I asked the seller to include an adapter frame and a set of wires for the Gazela Next, and everything arrived as requested, for which I am extremely grateful!
The Teyes CC4 Pro car stereo fully met expectations. Arrived well-packaged, everything matches the description. It works quickly and smoothly, the screen is bright and responsive. The sound has become noticeably better compared to the stock car stereo. Navigation, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi work stably, and the interface is user-friendly and modern.
Special thanks to the seller! At my request, he sent a frame for a Toyota Prius 30. Unfortunately, it didn't fit the larger version of the car stereo, but that wasn't a problem. We did some minor modifications ourselves, everything fit perfectly and now it looks fantastic. The seller was always in touch and answered questions, and also advised on wiring for my car with the standard amplifier. I am very satisfied with the purchase, I recommend both the product and the seller!
