Seems there is issue with TEYES FOTA. Can download the update but will not proceed with the installation with Failure to identify file.
This is trying to update to MK202507042011 from MK202504215110. Seems the MK202507042011 has not been released for manual installation. Please advise.
I´m looking for the same update and having the same issue.
The update MK202507042011 is showing in FOTA, but it’s not fully released yet for all CC3 2K units. T’EYES is still rolling it out step-by-step, and your device hasn’t been approved for the install yet. That’s why it downloads but can’t install the files your unit needs to verify the update aren’t active yet.
@Admin Can this be installed manually, will it also be release for this purpose?
