Perhaps time for Teyes users to create an independent forum. This one just exists in name, and appears to be an add-on rather than a source of useful information.

It seems like we get vague generalized answers just to passify us.
Such as:
Could you take a video of your problems and send it to us.
I've done this on a few occasions and I get no response.
