CC4 factory reset fails: Failed to unmount /data

    Hello.
    I have a TEYES CC4 based on SM6225. After a system update, the head unit became slow and unstable.

    Factory reset from recovery does not complete successfully. Recovery shows:

    ERROR: recovery: format_volume: Failed to unmount "/data"
    Data wipe failed

    The unit still boots, but performance is poor and the system is unstable.

    Please provide one of the following for TEYES CC4 SM6225:

    • a service recovery / full flash package,
    • an offline recovery procedure,
    • or a method to reformat the /data / userdata partition before Android boots.

    I have attached a photo of the recovery error.

    Please do not send instructions for a normal factory reset, as I have already tried the standard reset methods and they do not work.
