Hello Teyes Support and community,
I am using a T’EYES CC3 2K (UMS512 / SC9863A) head unit in my Mazda 6 2013 GJ/GL (BOSE, CAN L6315).
Firmware info:
- FM_BASE_19C_W20.52.2_P18
- MARLIN3_20A_W24.21.3
- MCU TZY_53_L6315_G23P48F64_3G_E60_V1.0R
Problem:
After the car is parked for 24–48 hours or the battery drops below 11.8V, the system wipes user data. This is not a full factory reset but a partial one:
- Google accounts (Gmail, YouTube, Play Store) are logged out
- Bluetooth and CarPlay pairings are deleted
- App settings and ZLink/CarLink profiles are reset
It seems related to the Smart Sleep or Cleaner service in the Marlin3 Lite firmware.
What I have tried:
- Adjusted power settings (Power Conditioning, Factory menu)
- Disabled all auto-cleaner and optimization apps
- The data wipe still happens after every long shutdown or voltage drop
Request:
Could you please provide one of the following:
- Developer PIN (so I can disable Smart Sleep and auto data wipe)
- Firmware patch or update that keeps user data persistent after full shutdown or long idle periods
- I have some updates available but I'm afraid to update :D
Expected result:
After long standby, the following should stay intact:
- Google account login and apps
- Bluetooth and CarPlay pairings
- App settings and CarLink profiles
This issue makes the system frustrating to use bi-daily.
Please share the developer password or a firmware fix that prevents automatic user data wipe.
