Hi, I am interested in buying a CC3 2K For my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014. It's disappointing there is noway to contact Teyes. I'm hoping I can get some questions answered here. But a phone call would be better. Anyhow see how this goes.
Does this head unit provide all of the original car settings menus and sub-menus?
Can you show me a video of this?
Can you tell me which direction the screen polarization is orientated?
Can you see the screen clearly through polarized sunglasses?
Thanks for any help provided.
Cheers, Ken.
Good Luck. They created this forum but don't seem to have anybody to engage with customers here.
@Admin any chance for some engagment with your customers, existing and/or potential, on this forum?
Hi Ken,
Thanks for your questions. Below are simple, clear links and a short, easy-to-read summary to help you understand what to expect with the T’EYES CC3 2K.
Many people like the CC3 2K because the screen looks sharp, the system is fast, and CarPlay/Android Auto work well. When the wiring matches correctly, steering-wheel buttons and basic controls usually work.
However, results are not the same for everyone. Some owners say the reverse camera doesn’t always switch on, or the steering buttons act up. A few people say the sound quality drops unless they tune it or use an extra amp. HVAC (AC/heat) menus sometimes work, sometimes don’t—it depends on the car’s wiring and the CANbus.
Overall, it can be a good upgrade, but expect some small problems or setup work, especially with a 2014 Grand Cherokee
I h ave done the software update but wanted to know if I can update android 10 to whatever the latest version of android is available.
