Yes, but only the CC3 supports both Android Auto and wireless Apple CarPlay natively.
Other models (CC2 Plus, CC2L Plus, etc.) require a dongle [here].
Although not officially supported, some Android 11 phones (e.g., Samsung S20+, Samsung S22 Ultra, Samsung Z3) can run wireless Android Auto.

Only the CC3 range (regular, 360, and 2K) have built-in Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
